I started this project August 17, 2005 to date I have made 17 knitted newborn hats to give to new moms in the OB unit that I work in!! Everybody has loved them so far. Am still looking for helpers as my goal is to have every baby born at Ukiah Valle Medical Center given a hand knitted(crocheted) hat for an entire month. We average just over 60 deliveries a month!!!
